Do I need a test before removal?
A test shows whether mold is present and where. That helps point the removal at the right place. If you are not sure, choose "Not sure yet" in your request and describe what you see.
What should I put in my quote request?
Your name, email and phone, your property address, the service you want and what you are seeing. A smell, a stain or a damp spot all count.
